Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle-touch therapy that works with the body's Nervous System to invoke deep relaxation. With only 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel), CST works with the body to hold space and help release restrictions. This one-day workshop for the general public offers an introduction to CST and is designed to help you gain the understanding and touch sensitivity needed to practise CST on friends and family.
